# Removing Studies From a Case Folder

**Removing Studies From a Case Folder****Step 1:**Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at [https://app.mymedicalimages.com/](https://app.mymedicalimages.com/).

 **Step 2:**Click on the "Case" dropdown menu for the study. This will be located directly underneath the preview of the study.

**Step 3:**Click on the "Unassign" option in the dropdown menu.
