Trouble Finding a Request or Images That Have Been Shared
If you are having trouble finding a request for images or images shared please first check your spam folder. If multiple images were requested/sent, check your inbox for “stacked emails.” Many times when multiple emails are sent from one domain (ex: mymedicalimages) emails become backlogged instead of listed separately in your inbox. If after double checking your inbox and spam folder, you still cannot locate your request/share please contact us.
