  1. Multi-User Logins have been implemented in the form of “Profiles”:

 

 

  •  Users with active subscriptions can now create “Profiles” to allow for multiple login emails. A Profile can be created by clicking on the “Profiles” button under the “Account and Settings” dropdown and then clicking “Add Profile”. After the profile information is entered, the User will be able to select Profile Permissions to update what that profile User can do when logged in. The Profile can then be edited, permissions can be updated, the password can be changed and the profile can be deleted all from the profiles page. The User can also see the activity of all created profiles on the “Profile Activities” tab.

 

  1. Users can now add an alternate email address and phone number as well as manage their account notifications:

 

 

  • Users now have the option to add an alternate email and phone number for receiving notifications. Under the “Account and Security Tab” of the “Account and Settings” dropdown, Users can add both an alternate email address and a phone number. They can then go to either the “Email Notifications” or “Mobile Notifications” tab to select which notifications they want to receive and whether they want them to come to their main or alternate choices.

 

  1. Two-Factor Authentication has been added to all user accounts:

 

 

  • Two-Factor Authentication has been implemented to increase security for all mymedicalimages Users. Users can choose to receive an access code upon signin via email or text message and can also choose to allow mymedicalimages to remember their device so they won’t have to login via access code each time. Users can also disable Two-Factor Authentication altogether from the “Account and Security” tab of the “Account Info” page.

 

  1. Images can now be shared to Physicians when uploaded through StarterKits through the Use of Physician Account Codes:

 

 

 In Step two of the StarterKit Registration Process, users can now Enter their Providers 8 Digit account code. When this code is entered, any images sent via that StarterKit will be added to both the patients account as well as the Providers account.

 

Additional Updates:

  1. 1. Kiosk Users can now apply referral codes to existing accounts
  2. 2. Requests for Images now contain a unique 9 digit “Request Code”
  3. 3. Studies received via Shares and those uploaded through Request Links and Webpage Uploaders now allow deletion and tagging
  4. 4. Date of Birth is now an optional field for the Create-a-Study feature
  5. 5. Facility Accounts now have the same search and filter features as Provider Accounts and can no longer sort by images uploaded in the last 15, 30 and 60 minutes
  6. 6. “Physician Lookup Code” is now called “Physician Account Code”
  7. 7. Users can now Unsubscribe from all notification messages
  8. 8. Users will now receive notifications for studies received via DICOMsend
