Changing Your Account Name
Your account name is the name that will be used for Customer Support and billing, if applicable. It can be seen in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard, and will appear in any emails sent out using our website.
Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/
Step 2: Open the Main Menu in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Step 3: Expand the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then select the “Account Info” option.
Step 4: Click on the bracketed “Edit Name” button.
Step 5: Enter your new information and click “Save”.
After you have done this, your Account Name will be changed to the one you entered into the text field.
