Answer: There could be a number of reasons as to why your medical images are unable to be uploaded.
In order to upload images, you will be required to have a subscription with mymedicalimages.
If you have a subscription and are still having issues with uploading, it may be any one of these following issues.
- The files you are trying to upload are not DICOM formatted.
- The files you are trying to upload are corrupted.
- If you are uploading from a CD, the issue could stem from the CD being damaged or password locked.
- Your internet connection may be too slow or interrupted during the upload process.
